What is CBD?

Cannabidiol is a popular natural remedy used for many common ailments. Better known as CBD, it is one of over 100 chemical compounds known as cannabinoids found in the cannabis or marijuana plant, Cannabis sativa.

 

 

What is THC?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, and causes the sensation of getting “high” that’s often associated with marijuana. 

 

 

What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?
The human body contains a specialized system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in regulating a variety of functions including sleep, appetite, pain and immune system response. The body produces endocannabinoids, which are neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors in your nervous system.

 

The use of CBD is gaining momentum in the health and wellness world, with some scientific studies confirming it may ease symptoms of ailments like chronic pain and anxiety.

 
Is CBD Legal?
Hemp-derived CBD products (with less than 0.3 percent THC) are legal on the federal level, but are still illegal under some state laws. Marijuana-derived CBD products are illegal on the federal level, but are legal under some state laws. Check your state’s laws and those of anywhere you travel. Keep in mind that nonprescription CBD products are not FDA-approved, and may be inaccurately labeled.

Are your products Certified Organic?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our suppliers are Certified Organic. We have verified the COA of each supplier. Each one has gone through 3rd party testing to obtain the USDA Organic certification. For this reason, we are confident in the authenticity of our product.
What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum products?

Full-spectrum CBD contains all the cannabinoids of the plant, including THC. Broad-spectrum CBD can contain any number of cannabinoids but not THC. CBD isolate is pure cannabidiol. There's no THC or other cannabinoids.

Can I reuse my oil bottle?

Our bottles are Earth Friendly...Wash and Recycle.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Our bottles are dishwasher safe. Avoid putting jars in the bottom rack. Hand wash the jars with soap and water and dry them off. Avoid storing the bottles in areas with extreme changes in temperature.

Can I return/exchange an item?
B.E. Well products come with a 30-day term of sale policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. 

 

Exchanges

All of our products and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to make sure it has not been damaged during shipping. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours. Please contact us at mybewelllife@gmail.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return item is received and inspected, we will send out an email to notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit will appear in your account in the timeframe specified by your banking institution. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mybewellife@gmail.com.


 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please review our Shipping Policy for expected delivery rates and times. B.E. Well does not guarantee receipt of exchanged/returned items, therefore shipment tracking and insurance coverage are recommended.
